White...

...is this week's prompt at Kim's texture tuesday. For me, white means light. I was watching an amazing program earlier 'wonders of the solar system' with prof. Brian Cox...he was telling us all about the sun. Although we mostly have a general understanding of the enormity of things like the power of the sun and the vastness of our universe, it still is mind blowing when someone comes along and reminds you again, like this program did for us tonight!

I was thinking about this post and what I would do, then we had our dinner and sat down for a while to watch. As we watched and were reminded about the rays of light, and about how we depend on the sun for all life here on Earth, I thought about the summertime, colours and capturing light in pictures.
